I just saw the nastiest thing

The guy had two thumbs on his left hand. It wasn't even growing out of the right place. Look at your palm. The thumb was growing out of the meaty part beneath it, towards the middle of his hand. It was like an inch lond and had a nail. I almost gagged. I've eaten worms and bugs, and chewed gum from underneath chairs to gross people out and I had to look away from this. It was so nasty.
