Thank You Niskayuna for Ruining My Childhood.
It has been something of legend around here. No one really knows why this is law, and most people don't know it is a law, but it is.
Mr Ding-a-Ling is illegal in Niskayuna as per Chapter 209-1 of the Code of the Town of Niskayuna.
It even goes on to say that you can go to jail for 15 days for peddling such evil vices as Sno-cones and Orange Cream Bars.
Now the law states that "no person shall stop" so I say we train a chimpanzee to drive a Mr Ding-a-Ling.
...or I wonder if you could sell ice cream from a trailer. My neighbors have this thing called "The Oasis" in their backyard that isn't used. Technically that adheres to the law. Hmmmmmm...

"No person shall stop, stand or park a motor vehicle on a public street in the Town of Niskayuna for the purpose of selling or offering for sale any confectionary, ice cream or ice cream product or snack-type food directly from the vehicle. All fun that all the other kids in the cool neighborhoods can have will not be tolerated."
