We Totaly Need To Start Doing This Again:

Reading this article about a re-enactment of the famous Hamilton-Burr duel, (which is interesting because descendants of the two played each's respective role,) leads me to believe that we should totally be allowed to do this today.

Think of the time and money we could save our courts by having silly disputes settled over duels. I'd prefer if we started doing this with swords because that would be way cooler to watch, but .54 caliber pistols would be fine to, I guess.
