The Razzies

The Razzies, in case you don't know, is an "awards" ceremony which highlights the worst of what Hollywood has supplied us in the past year. (Past winners for "Worst Picture" include "Howard the Duck" and "Battlefield Earth", and Sly Stone has the all-time record with 30 "Worst Actor" nominations. His winning it ten times is also a record.)

Anyways, I have a newfound respect for the Razzies, as this year among its nominees for "Worst Actor" and "Worst Supporting Actress" and "Worst Supporting Actor" are George Bush, Condoleezza Rice and Rumsfeld.

John Wilson, the founder of the Golden Raspberry Awards, on these nominations;

"While 'Fahrenheit 9/11' was a piece of anti-Bush propaganda, the president and his associates earned their Razzie nominations on their own. It wasn't Mr. Moore's editing, it's the raw footage of these people just making fools of themselves."
